Your Role and Responsibilities
Garage team Project Leader who leads concept planning and project proceeding co-creating with IBM’s clients.

• Concept planning
• Visualize client’s visions and business chances in duration of a few – 10 years.
• Business designing with design thinking
• Implementation of agile lean startup type value verification MVP definition evaluation planning of roadmap.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Business negotiation level of Japanese (speaking/writing/listening/reading)
• Project designing skill based on both experience and design thinking agile lean startup.
• Workshop design and facilitation like ideathon.
