During your internship experience you will have the opportunity to:

As an IBM Intern you will work with the latest technologies and collaborate with team members to create real impact for our clients and the greater world. You will have the opportunity to bring innovative ideas forward put your transferable skills to work and develop and learn new skills that will support your career growth.

Our Interns can complete roles within Consulting Technology HR Marketing Sales & Finance.

Requirements

• Start Dates: June / July or August 2025
• Expected Locations: London Manchester Winchester
• Positions require flexibility on travel to IBM and client sites. IBMers are expected to work at least 3 days per week in the office.

Eligible to live and work in the UK for the duration of your internship without sponsorship by IBM

University Placement Roles:

• • Be on track for a 2:1 in your degree
  • Have completed 2 years at university
  • Require a 3 ^rd year in industry as part of your university course.
  • Return to university to complete final year of degree once placement finishes.

Futures Gap Year Students:

• • 5 GCSEs at grade 5-9 (incl. maths and English)
  • Have completed 2 years of further education (A Level or Equivalent)

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• We’re seeking talented individuals who share our passion for technology and are eager to drive innovation. Whatever your degree background we are interested in hearing from you.

• We welcome curiosity…. You may have dived head-first into the world of tech experimenting with new tools and technologies to solve complex problems. You may have used creative problem-solving skills in a part time job volunteering or at school / college.
• We look for individuals with a passion for technology. You may have hands on experience a certification badge or relevant work experience.
