Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM is seeking talented individuals to join our team in delivering value-driven solutions to our clients through innovative approaches. We’re looking for experts who can leverage traditional machine learning and foundation models as well as both technologies to provide valuable solutions to our clients in industries such as finance insurance manufacturing and logistics.

# Key Responsibilities
We’re seeking individuals who can:

• Leverage open-source models and IBM foundation model libraries to deliver value to clients through data learning validation testing and deployment
• Collaborate with clients to co-create solutions that address their business challenges
• Utilize IBM’s AI & Data Platform Watsonx to design and implement solutions that address client business challenges

At least one of the following requirements must
1. Industry Expertise

• Possess specialized knowledge in a specific industry (e.g. finance insurance manufacturing logistics)
• Have experience in systems proposal and construction (e.g. as a consultant or in a business data science department)

2. AI Foundation Model Expertise

• Possess knowledge and expertise in building and deploying AI foundation models
• Ability to design construct and validate AI solutions for client business challenges
• Ability to conduct experiments and evaluate AI solutions using hands-on prototyping techniques

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
1. Research and Publication Experience

• Significant research experience in top-tier scientific conferences and journals focusing on foundation models and large-scale machine learning models
• Strong leadership experience in open-source communities with a proven track record of contributions

2. Collaborative Team Experience

• Experience working as part of a team with multiple roles and organizations tackling complex problems and delivering impactful solutions
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with others to achieve common goals

3. Project Management Experience

• Project management experience in system proposal and construction projects with a focus on leading teams and delivering results
