Client Engineering is focused on creating solutions that address the most complex business challenges our clients face. We work closely with clients in real-time to co-create solutions that meet their needs.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Value Creation and Strategic Decision-Making
  • Prove the business value to customers and encourage new strategic decision-making. In this role you will work as a sales professional.
• Business Case Development
  • Utilize ideas generated through design thinking and data science analysis
  • Apply methodologies to prove business value to customers such as ROI calculations and cost-benefit analysis
  • Develop a detailed business case to support customer decision-making

• 3+ years of previous experience in strategic business consulting at senior leadership levels in large complex organizations.
• 3+ years of previous experience working as a client facing business or technical pre-sales consultant
• Working knowledge of hybrid multi-cloud architectures microservices design DevOps and agile coaching. Architectural knowledge of IBM Cloud CloudPaks RedHat OpenShift containerization/Kubernetes and the RedHat portfolio.
• Experience in helping clients migrate and transform from on premise to cloud infrastructure and operations
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Deep knowledge and skill in strategic analysis and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated skill in developing technical value propositions pro-forma financial business cases and impactful client proposals.
• Applied experience guiding cloud native development and architectures to business outcomes. Applied experience guiding digital transformation in large complex organizations.
