[IBM Japan] Security Consultant

As a Security Consultant you will be a key advisor for IBM’s clients analyzing business requirements to design and implement the best security solutions for their needs. You will apply your technical skills to find the balance between enabling and securing the client’s organization with the cognitive solutions that are making IBM the fastest growing enterprise security business in the world.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who will sell lead and implement expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM’s offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
Your primary responsibilities include:
•Smooth execution of projects while maintaining relationships with clients on security projects in major industries (manufacturing finance/insurance telecommunications/media public services etc.).
•Execute a wide range of security support in the IT/OT security domain including strategy development risk assessment CSIRT establishment incident response support vulnerability management solution proposals and project management.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
•More than 5 years of experience in security consulting.
•Knowledge of strategy development assessment and solution proposals based on various industry standards and regulations related to security.
•Knowledge of building security management systems and CSIRT systems.
•Knowledge of OT (control system) security.
•Knowledge of cloud security.
•Ability to propose communicate think logically and coordinate
•Japanese speaking/listening/writing/reading skill is mandatory.
