[IBM Japan Technology] Customer Success Manager - Architect

Introduction

Your Role and Responsibilities
To IBM’s existing clients with contracts of IBM software

• support to develop or materialize use cases
• design solutions architecture develop MVP
• support of deployment of IBM software utilize Red Hat OpenShift platforms
• expand the usage of IBM products or technology by activities above lead the update of IBM software contracts
• collaborate with business partners and IBM employees in other teams such as sales technical sales service support and development etc.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Highly-business level of Japanese language
Technical knowledge and skills for container enterprise software SaaS IaaS PaaS and cloud application

• develop demos and MVPs and show clients the usage of our products
• skills of presentation and technical / business knowledge of clients
• communication skills and problem solving skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Knowledge and hands on skills for Hybrid Cloud OpenShift
• Technical knowledge of IBM Middleware Software Cloud Services
• Working experience as Customer Success Manager for enterprise software
