•Proficient in both waterfall and agile system development methodologies
•Previous experience in providing. support or working with both user and system departments.

2.Engineers
•Hands-on experience in designing and developing mobile applications and mobile backends.
•Previous involvement in large-scale product or service development and operation.
•Experience in technology selection and code base improvement
•Ability to design for performance and scalability.
•Knowledge of object orientation memory management and software testing.
•Certified Scrum Master Certified Scrum Product Owner PMI-ACP PMP etc.
