Your Role and Responsibilities
We propose and deliver several projects to promote application development and maintenance and modernisation based on long-term contracts.
In these projects we do not regard the customer’s request as merely a provider of personnel or a means of reducing costs but as a reform of the customer’s IT structure and provide proposals and delivery based on the issues at hand.
The organisation leads the service from planning and planning through consulting as well as delivery based on SOWs and undertakes the entire process from planning to implementation.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Sales and support services such as analysing the current situation developing solution plans preparing proposals and setting up contractual clauses in order to propose solutions to customer issues related to application maintenance.
• The role will involve working with global internal and external teams to formulate the most appropriate measures.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in the application outsourcing or application maintenance business
• Communication and negotiation skills with customers and internal teams.
• Experience in preparing solution-related documentation and internal co-ordination
• Experience in IT related proposal activities.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in IT Outsourcing sales activities.
• Experience in application maintenance delivery.
• English language skills (considering the possibility of working with Global TOEIC 730 or above or CEFR 2+ is desirable).
