Your Role and Responsibilities
ββββ Position Summary Mission βββ
Primarily responsible for renewal contracts for current IBM and third-party products for customers in all industries. Sales professionals who propose additional services that meet the customerβs system lifecycle and challenges when renewing contracts.
ββββDutiesβββ
Provide support for maintenance contracts for IBM and third-party SW and HW products.
Use tools to prepare quotes/contracts for the products and services in question.
βββWhat makes this position special?βββ
Responsible for renewing maintenance and support contracts that are essential to the continuation of customer business. You will also be able to work with the delivery team and other teams on contracts that are the root of stable system operation and make proposals that support further stable system operation for our customers. In addition almost all industries and business sectors will be your territory of responsibility.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Basic knowledge of H/W and S/W used in IT (knowledge of IBM products is not required)
Ability to use tools to prepare quotes/contracts efficiently and on time (training on tools and hands-on training will be provided separately).
Ability to negotiate and communicate with customer managers and purchasing departments.
