IBM Quantum Learning Management System Lead

Your Role and Responsibilities
At IBM Quantum we aim to bring useful quantum computing to the world. As part of this mission our quantum Advocacy Content and Engineering (ACE) team brings cutting edge tools to our community partners and enterprise clients to enable them to develop utility-scale quantum research and solutions that address the most pressing business challenges.
IBM Quantum is looking for a leader to manage and contribute to our education platform. Emphasis will be on content management and curation for IBM Quantum Network partners including enterprise industry clients startups and large research organizations among others. You will define and maintain differentiated learning curricula on IBM Quantum Learning. You will guide curate and co-develop content with subject matter experts and the wider content team. You will work with analytics and delivery teams to ensure data-driven curation of the learning content and plans for each client. You will collaborate across a network of IBM Quantum industry research and systems experts to build upon and further accelerate IBM leadership in the market.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Emerging technology and strategy background combined with a Bachelors/Masters in STEM related field with deep knowledge in quantum computation quantum information quantum physics or computer science
• Strong understanding of industry use applications of quantum computing
• 2+ years of experience in strong business and technology strategy consulting
• 2+ years of experience in strong ideation facilitation and communications skills
• 2+ years of experience in learning system management or equivalent high-level coding experience

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• 3+ years of experience in strong business and technology strategy consulting
• 3+ years of experience in strong ideation facilitation and communications skills
• 3+ years of experience in learning system management or equivalent high-level coding experience
• Prior usage of Qiskit
