Job requirements

• JD Core Technical Skills:
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on chatbot technologies and AI.
• Architect scalable and efficient solutions using IBM Watson AI and chatbot platforms to address business needs.
• In-depth knowledge of IBM Watson ecosystem, including Watson Assistant, Discovery, NLP, and Watson Studio.
• Design seamless integrations between chatbots and enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying chatbots on Watson or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js for custom chatbot functionality.
• Experience integrating chatbots with APIs, webhooks, and enterprise systems. Familiarity with cloud environments like IBM Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API design principles.
• Knowledge of conversational design principles and best practices for user experience.

Additional Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering results.
• Serve as the technical authority on projects, ensuring alignment with best practices, industry standards, and security guidelines.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, UX/UI designers, and clients to deliver a user-friendly conversational experience.
• Guide development teams in creating conversational flows, training intents/entities, and optimizing dialogue models.
