IBM webMethods Administrator (Formerly Software AG)

InnovationTeam is a leading technology solutions provider focused on delivering innovative and tailored solutions for our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced IBM webMethods Administrator (formerly Software AG) to join our dynamic team.

As an IBM webMethods Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to manage, configure, and maintain the webMethods platform to ensure smooth integration and connectivity across various systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IBM webMethods components.
• Monitoring system performance and implementing tuning strategies as needed.
• Implementing and maintaining security protocols for the webMethods environment.
• Collaborating with development teams to support integration projects and troubleshoot issues.
• Performing backup and recovery operations to ensure data integrity.
• Documenting processes and maintaining system records.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest webMethods features and best practices.

Must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience administering IBM webMethods (Software AG) products.
• Solid understanding of webMethods components such as Integration Server, Broker, Designer, and Administration tools.
• Experience with performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting of the webMethods platform.
• Knowledge of integration protocols and standards (e.g., REST, SOAP, JMS).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in cloud environments or with containerization platforms.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD methodologies.
• Experience with scripting and automation for administrative tasks.
• Certifications in IBM webMethods or related technologies.
