Your Role and Responsibilities
◆◆◆◆ Position Summary Mission ◆◆◆
As a Delivery Consultant you will provide technical support as an expert in GDPS solutions on z/OS.
This position is for IBM Japan group customers with a focus on financial customers.

◆◆◆ Duties ◆◆
(1)Validate the latest GDPS solutions on in-house systems before introducing them to customers.
(2)Provide support to new customers in the requirement definition design implementation and testing phases.
(3)For customers who have already implemented GDPS solutions we propose the latest version upgrades and new functions. We also provide technical support during implementation.
(4)Participate in overseas training programs as needed to acquire the latest technology.
(5) Contact the GDPS team overseas as necessary to respond to inquiries from customers and provide QA support.
(6)Gather information necessary for analysis when problems occur.
(7)Set up for verification and delivery related to Cyber Vault.
