Job Description

Ibotta is seeking an Ibotta Care Training Coordinator to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. We are looking for someone passionate to collaborate with the Training Team in supporting all of Ibotta Care and in shaping the future of the Ibotta Care Training Program. In the Training Coordinator role, you should be passionate about helping people learn and grow. The selected candidate will have familiarity of training practices and trends, subject matter expertise in multiple Ibotta Care workflows, and be able to effectively communicate with the organization while providing impeccable training experiences and interactions with our agent and leadership team.

The schedule for this position is 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM MT. However, the candidate selected must also be available to work between the hours of 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM MT as/if requested.

This position is located in Denver, Colorado. Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing: 

  • Collaborate with the Lead Trainer and Training/Operations Manager and other internal departments to develop engaging and effective training programs for Ibotta Care agents and Leadership

  • Contribute to the Ibotta Care training strategy & initiatives by executing on training projects and individual assignments to drive business goals and objectives

  • Provide training for new hires and tenured agents in both group and 1:1 settings

  • Thoroughly document progress of each trainee in a timely manner for review by the Lead Trainer/Training Manager

  • Create and maintain training materials for Ibotta Care and its third-party vendors utilizing our Learning Management System (LMS) as well as other materials including Google Slides and Miro 

  • Support other Ibotta Care sub-teams as necessary

  • Contribute to Department syncs as needed

  • Maintain knowledge of all agent workflows

  • Build relationships with SMEs, vendors and HR Business Partners/People Team;

  • Complete other special projects as assigned

What We Are Looking For: 

  • 4-year degree preferred, High school diploma or GED required

  • Adult Education, Training class delivery, facilitation skills and Instructional Design/Curriculum Development experience strongly preferred

  • Strong, persuasive written and verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills

  • A working knowledge of the Ibotta app, Admin, ZenDesk, all G Suite applications, and iOS and Android operating systems

  • Results driven, self-motivated, and detail oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic work environment

  • Dedication to teamwork and collaboration, and a passion for teaching others in an ever-evolving environment

  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

 Additional Details: 

  • This is a full-time remote position, and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, and equity. Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks, and occasional meals. 

  • Base compensation range: $17.18/hour. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience. This range does not apply to Canada or Mexico.
