WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Create, write and develop new e-learning courses and edit existing content in one or more of Relias' verticals
• Design application-based and outcome-driven realistic case studies to illustrate key concepts in course material
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your specialty area and work with external SMEs in other areas
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments who are involved in the course development life cycle
• Manage multiple priority projects efficiently and effectively

YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:

• 3 - 5+ years of experience in ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT/HCPCS, inpatient/outpatient hospital or professional fee coding
• Certification (AHIMA, AAPC) in medical coding, required
• Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) certification (ACDIS, AHIMA, or AAPC) or 3+ years of experience in CDI, preferred
• 3-5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, a plus
• LPN or RN licensure, a plus
• Strong writing and communication skills; ability to write for various audiences and in various styles
• Computer/Technical literacy (Microsoft Office, internet browsers, etc.)
• Experience in training development/delivery
