Ice Cream Marketing Coordinator (1-Year Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Processing payments for marketing collaterals and materials in the system (Coupa, Invoicing & other finance process).
• Coordinate on Marketing related documents such as import and export product clearance and product requisition.
• Assist with product listing operational process such as Mockups.
• Supporting the Marketing team to organize marketing workshop and event.
• Coordinating with marketing team to ensure all marketing materials produced are delivered as planned such as Pre-POSM allocation, request items code, and SAP related.
• Organizing and servicing meetings, company visits and business trip for Marketing Team
• Managing marketing material stock and controlling all marketing assets.

Qualification:

• Bachelor or diploma in any field.
• Good command of English & Thai.
• No experience required but preferred.
• Good organizational skill. Resilience and good attitude.
• Coordinate, detail oriented.
