We are looking for an accomplished and thoughtful Program Manager with excellent organizational, project management skills who can work with individual contributors, senior leaders, and external partners to join the Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) Center of Excellence.   You will report into the Head of Inclusion and Diversity to support the day to day operations of this growing team.

As a Program Manager, you will lead strategic projects, initiatives, create new processes, tools, templates to improve and scale communication channels, facilitate information sharing within the team and with cross-functional partners including Sourcing, Recruiting, People Business Partners (PBPs), Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s) etc.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement 
  • Create a process to inventory incoming tasks, requests, project management requests.
  • Create communication processes for various stakeholders. (I&D team-members, leaders, internal/external partners).
  • Coordinate and align projects in partnership with the Head of I&D to ensure projects, goals, and deliverables are on track and completed.
  • Develop/manage budget for projects to ensure delivery against established I&D goals/objectives
  • Partner with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple project
  • Create internal-department and team calendar aligned to project and quarterly goals
  • Partner with ERG Specialist to build and scale ERG operation tools, templates, and processes.  
  • Establish a scalable content management process for the I&D Team
Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience guiding strategy and execution in a program/project management role
  • Experience partnering with internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional partners
  • Success building and implementing programs and processes, and operational plans
  • Experience working with and influencing executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Project Management Professional certification preferred

Starting in September 2023, this role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.

The expected range of pay for this position in the San Francisco area is $117,000- $130,000 Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
