IDAM Engineer

GCyber is hiring an Identity and Access Management Systems Engineer to support a mission critical program to enable the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) cloud-based intelligence sharing and collaboration capabilities across its mission partners.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive identity-as-a-service (IDaaS) solution leveraging the Okta IDAM platform. This role requires a high level of technical proficiency and an in-depth understanding of authentication and identity management technologies.
This position is full time onsite in Arlington, VA. Given the unique mission and classified nature of the work, there is no opportunity for hybrid or remote work arrangements. 
As an Identity and Access Management Engineer, you will:

• Design, implement, and maintain the Okta identity and access management solution
• Leverage IDAM capabilities for access management and governance including single sign on (SSO), identity federation, enterprise directory architecture and design, and resource provisioning
• Work with the Identity Access Management team to continue making enhancement to the Identity Access Management program.
• Support systems administration activities including responding to user management, group management and Password management requests as needed.
• Act as an escalation point for troubleshooting Okta-related system issues.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain CI Poly
• DoD IAT Level II Baseline Certification (e.g. Security+, CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP)
• BA/BS Degree (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience including hands-on experience implementing and/or maintaining identity and access management platforms
• Demonstrated experience in identity federation, enterprise directory architecture and design, and resource provisioning
• Experience working with Okta strongly preferred
