About the Team:

The Global Security IAM team provisions, maintains and reviews all user access into UKG physical and logical environments. In addition, we support all access related issues and inquiries, as well as work with development on product changes and or additions.

About the Role:

• Provision and deprovision physical and logical user access to a multitude of applications and physical sites.• Support and troubleshoot all access related issues.• Periodically conduct reviews of access.• Maintain user appropriate access.• Terminate and Transfer user access.• Assist with product architecture and implementations related to identity and access.• Provide 24/7 on call support.• Assist in building and defining processes while adhering to controls.• Work on projects related to identity and access.• Complete assigned tasks timely and quality manner while meeting established service level agreements.• Basic Understanding of SOC Requirements• Ability to adapt to product and process change.• Collaborate within team on tasks, projects and future planning.

Qualifications

About You:

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Identity Access Management• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft SQL, Citrix and PowerShell.• 4+ years of experience with Windows-based operating systems and Microsoft products.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in either Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science• (GCP) Google Cloud Certification • Basic Knowledge of GCP and AWS IAM• Basic PC and Server hardware knowledge and familiarity.• Technical aptitude - ability to quickly grasp and understand system functionality and architecture at a technical level.• Energetic and motivated with exceptional work ethic, follow-up skills, and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented.• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, dynamic, client driven environment.

Ability to work through conflicting priorities and tight deadlines.• Be available on a 24/7 on-call rotation to respond to pending issues that may arise during non-business hours
