Identity and Access Management Administrator

The IAM Administrator performs user provisioning and identity management across all systems within the organization through the establishment and maintenance of identities and the assignment of access rights as part of the identity management lifecycle. Research, evaluate, develop, and implement technologies and processes that continually enhance identity management. Work with business units, Internal Audit, IT teams and vendors to deliver enterprise class IAM services while supporting the goals and objectives of Homecare Homebase.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Identify and develop role-based security access to match job requirements and adhere to the least privilege principle.
  • Develop and document user administration and audit practices.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of centralized user access control administration to internal software applications.
  • Create and disable user accounts, as requested, provided appropriate approvals.
  • Ensure access rights are updated in a timely manner as needs change due to events; including, but not limited to, termination, role changes, new systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • Update and close tasks associated with access management requests and meet service level targets.
  • Implement improvements to automate user access request workflows.
  • Perform access reviews to ensure access to resources matches job function.
  • Work with application and data owners, and business unit leaders, to establish and maintain consistent access review activities.
  • Ensure compliance with related industry regulations and respond to information security audits.
  • Assist with audit preparations and help develop responses and action items for any associated findings.
  • Assist and support information security, system administration, and project teams with the integration of programs that intersect with user administration.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • The candidate must be able to communicate professionally and effectively with a varied audience including peers, upper management, and the customer.
  • Demonstrate the ability to take initiative, to work with little supervision, is dependable, and resilient to change.
  • Have the ability to work within a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Must be comfortable with change management procedures in an enterprise-class environment and have experience working within the change process.
EXPERIENCE
  • 2+ years of experience leading the design and implementation of IAM solutions.
  • Experience with Healthcare industry HIPAA regulations (similar regulated industry experience considered ie. PCI, SOX) preferred.
  • Familiar knowledge of Process and IT service management concepts such as ITIL and ITSM
  • Experience with Single Sign-On and Multi-factor Authentication.
  • Experience with SAML implementations.
  • Experience with Federated Provisioning.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience using the ServiceNow platform is desired.
  • Experience with Okta is desired.
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION / TRAINING:
  • 2 year technical degree (equivalent experience considered)
  • Candidates with relevant certifications are preferred, including but not limited to the following:
    • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
    • CompTIA Security+
    • Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT)
    • Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP) (IMI)
    • ITIL Foundation (ITIL)
