Identity and Access Management Analyst I, II, or III

Job Description:Under direct supervision, this position will be responsible for the day to day functions within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, handling complex provisioning, troubleshooting challenges, and implementing IAM process/procedure improvements via task automation, system integration, and process improvement. All functions have the ultimate goal of ensuring appropriate access to Essentia Health systems and information.
Preferred work experience:
• Basic experience with LDAP and identity federation
• Basic experience with scripting languages (Powershell, Perl, Python, Ruby, etc.)
• Basic experience with enterprise identity directories (LDAP, Active Directory, Azure, etc.)
• Basic experience with enterprise identity management systems (Microsoft Identity Manager, Okta, SailPoint, Entra, etc.)
• Basic experience with relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, etc.)
• Basic experience with enterprise human resource systems (Workday, Infor, etc.)
• Basic experience integrating with health system applications (Epic, Cerner, Morrissey, etc.)
• Basic experience building a single identity ecosystem
• Basic experience setting up and installing software on Windows platforms

Education Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in an information technology field
OR
Associate's degree in an information technology field related to the position and two years or more of direct experience to the position
