Description and Requirements
Role Value Proposition:
In this role, the IAM Security Developer will be a key player in developing and enhancing features for SailPoint IdentityIQ, Bravura(Hitachi) Password Manager within our Identity Management framework. This position is critical in driving forward MetLife's digital transformation agenda, ensuring secure and efficient identity management. The role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of implementing innovative solutions that align with our enterprise-wide strategy, fostering a safer and more productive digital environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of new features in SailPoint IdentityIQ, focusing on both functionality and user experience.
• Enhance and maintain the security framework within IdentityIQ, ensuring adherence to industry standards and organizational compliance requirements.
• Drive technical solutions in identity and access management.
• Spearhead the strategy and execution of innovative projects aimed at improving IdentityIQ's performance and capabilities.
• Focus on Bravura password manager deployment. Expert in PowerShell and Active Directory.

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:

• Extensive experience in developing, configuring, and managing SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
• Deep understanding of Active Directory and PowerShell, with proven experience in developing scripts for identity and access Management
• Strong foundation in Bravura Password Manager, identity management principles, practices, and technologies, particularly as they relate to large, complex organizations.

Preferred:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, fostering a culture of continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and experience in integrating Entra cloud-based solutions with enterprise identity management systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.
