Job Description

• The Area: The Information Security department is responsible for setting enterprise security policies and standards that are designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of Morningstar information. The security team offers guidance and technical expertise in areas like application security, policies and procedures, disaster recovery and compliance/regulation. We analyze emerging security threats and conduct risk and vulnerability assessments to ensure that our information remains secure.
• The Role: The Identity and Access Management Developer will be responsible for working with key business units, compliance teams, and information security team members to help shape the future of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. They will be responsible for architecting, supporting and developing solutions for all identity-related aspects of IAM in a DevOps model.
• Responsibilities:
  • Collect requirements from key stakeholders and map business requirements to technical solutions
  • Develop solutions using SailPoint IIQ and Java, participate in requirement collection and design, perform unit testing, provide 3rd Level Support for SailPoint IIQ applications.
  • Manage SailPoint deployments and infrastructure as code within AWS
  • Troubleshoot technical issues within SailPoint IIQ
  • Perform SailPoint IIQ maintenance and upgrades
  • Manage quarterly certification processes
• Requirements:
  • 2 or more years of experience developing in Java and/or Beanshell
  • Understanding of code deployment processes
  • Experience working on agile projects
  • Understanding of Active Directory provisioning and management
  • Experience with multi-tiered application architecture, databases, api interfaces and LDAP
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services
  • Direct experience developing within SailPoint is preferred, training can be provided
  • Direct experience with Identity and Access Management concepts and workflows is preferred
  • Direct experience with compliance/regulatory controls (e.g. SOX, SOC2, etc) is preferred
