Identity and Access Management Engineer

Avint LLC cyber security engineer to serve as a Identity and Access Management Engineer within our Technical Innovation Group. In this role you will test, implement, deploy, maintain, and administer identity and access management solutions within client's environments. You will be responsible for innovative IAM technologies including but not limited to SailPoint and CyberArk.

Position Responsibilities:

• Supporting the organization in the planning and design of the IAM Roadmap.
• Providing Subject Matter Expertise in the integration of SailPoint and CyberArk products and solution suites in accordance with Access Lifecycle Management requirements.
• Providing full life-cycle implementation, system administration, and reporting using SailPoint.
• Supporting the IAM environment through the deployment, administration, reporting, and maintenance of SailPoint and CyberArk.
• Providing in-depth knowledge of SailPoint including thorough understanding of Sources, Identity Profiles, Identity Correlation and Aggregation.
• Documenting new Identity Management automation processes, workflows, and policies.
• Taking initiative within the cyber security team by leveraging industry best practices to strengthen the organization's cyber security posture.

Requirements

Ability to pass USG Background Investigation (BI); Secret Clearance Preferred.

Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years of experience with SailPoint or CyberArk
• CISSP or other Cyber Security related certification (e.g., CISM, CISA, Sec+)
• Ability to build strong relationships and lead matrixed teams
• Experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Manager (PAM), specifically with onboarding accounts, web applications, and plugin generator utility or Auto IT
• Must have 3+ years of experience with SailPoint Identity IQ (on premise), specifically the ability to administer and troubleshoot Standard Connectors (AD, SQL, ODBC), custom connectors, create/modify workflows
• Must have experience integrating SailPoint and CyberArk using SCIM protocols
• Must have SailPoint IIQ Provisioning Integration Modules experience
• Familiarity with CISA CDM integrations preferred
• Experience with Java/JEE development
• Working knowledge of LDAP and directory structures
• Demonstrate strong and persuasive communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to work with both teammates and senior leadership; leads working sessions to solicit ideas and develop solutions
• Proactively lead teams in the execution of complex tasks with minimal direction and produces high quality results
• Serve as a Career Manager responsible for performance management and professional development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of tools (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)
• U.S. Citizenship Required
• Ability to pass a USG Background Investigation (BI); Secret Clearance Preferred
• Preferred: SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer or Architect
• Preferred: Experience troubleshooting software failures and systems incompatibilities in a production environment
