Identity and Access management practice is a relatively new dedicated function within the Information Security team. The primary focus of the role is lead the ongoing maturity uplift of illion workforce, privileged and customer identity and access management culture, processes and technologies.
Job Description
- Refresh and maintain the strategy and roadmap for workforce, privileged and customer identity access management.
- Lead the security policies, processes related to the workforce and customer IAM.
- Uplift identity access management maturity for illion group.
- Serve as the escalation point for identity and access management matters in projects.
- Subject matter consultancy to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ownership of customer identity and access management, workforce SSO and Privileged Access Management solutions.
- Ownership of the regular IAM activities, such as user access reviews, BAU calendar, product maintenance, etc.
- Identify and lead the resolution of business process gaps, including security/authorisation set-up, user documentation, data interface design, data migration and reconciliation.
- Ensure identity and access management solutions operate within SLAs.
Qualifications
The experience and qualifications you’ll need to be successful
- Degree in Information Technology.
- CISSP or other relevant Security industry Qualification is desirable.
- Previous experience operating one or more of customer identity access management, workforce identity access management, privileged access management solutions
- Knowledge and experience of relevant IDAM tools and solutions
- General knowledge of ISO27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 1/2 and other associated standards and protocols
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in the identity access management landscape.
