Identity and Access Manager
Job Description
The Identity and Access Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Identity and Access Management program. This is an active, hands-on position, responsible for the planning, design, development, and support of the identity and access management function and all its components. In addition, the IAM Manager also acts as the IT Operations Engineer supporting our Corporate Headquarters and remote locations. In addition, the position serves as liaison with internal and external groups to ensure the operations are aligned to internal IT standards, as well as external partner requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Manage and lead the identity and access management function, ensuring prompt, efficient, and accurate resolution of identity and access matters.
- Involvement in projects as needed as determined by the scope and related to the job function.
- Provisioning and deprovisioning of user and service account access to all MoneyLion systems.
- Creation and maintenance of policies, procedures, and internal control documentation required for user provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Ensures access is provisioned and deprovisioned timely and accurately.
- Manages and monitors systems associated with Identity and Access management solutions; provides incident and problem management support.
- Assesses the current environment and makes continuous improvement to align with future state architecture.
- Proactively works with technology and product managers to identify potential issues and ensures effective remediation
- Create and execute on a strategic multi-year roadmap for IAM, including governance and oversight
- Ensure overall IT strategy and architecture plans and standards are translated into IAM service programs, methods, and technologies as they align with leading IAM practices.
- Align IAM security priorities with the organization’s security strategy informed by current understanding of what IAM leaders are doing across the financial industry.
- Overall responsibility for architecture, planning, and delivery of enterprise-level IAM program. (Identity, access, privileged access, SSO federation, cloud)
- Represent IAM services and strategies to key influencers and stakeholders across IT and business teams to ensure maximum effectiveness of the IAM program.
- Install and configure computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person. Ability to replace hardware as required.
- Work with department heads to develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
- Assist in defining and implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications or related field
- 5-7 years of relevant technical experience
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with managing computer operations
- ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of current trends in IT best practices
- Solid experience on managed networking, UTM firewall and DaaS (Directory-as-a-Service)
- Strong experience in cloud computing, productivity and collaboration tools
