As part of the Global Hosting and Infrastructure Services team, you will be responsible for the implementation and administration of identity and endpoint solutions that support TELUS Agriculture and Consumer Goods (TAC). You will support cross functional teams including Engineering, Design, Architecture and Technical Program Management by delivering innovative and user-centric mobile device management and identity solutions.

This role will require a broad range of technical skill sets that extend across both on premise and cloud environments.

Here’s how: 

• Identity System Management: Act as the primary point of support for existing identity management solutions.
• Mobile Device Management: Act as primary point of support for Mobile Device Management technologies that are utilized to govern user endpoints.
• New Identity Technology Implementation: Collaborate with senior leadership, technology leads and business stakeholders to implement new identity and MDM solutions that support product vision and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle for engagements requiring Identity System Integration.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Act as a point of escalation to support the resolution of highly complex incidents and problems specific to Identity platforms and Mobile Device Management Solutions.
• Package Management: Serve as the primary stakeholder for the packaging of new user endpoint applications, as well as performing upkeep for existing software packages. 

• Understand and comply with safety policies and procedures at all times and take all necessary actions to ensure the health, safety and welfare of yourself, your colleagues and third parties.
• Understand and comply with Company Data Protection and Information Security policies at all times.
• Other reasonable duties which you may occasionally be requested to perform.

What you bring to this role

• Knowledge & Skills
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune and application and package management
    
  • Extensive experience with Entra ID and Azure Active Directory
  • Extensive experience with Windows 10/11 Configuration and Management
  • Experience Administrating on-premise Active Directory 
  • Experience utilizing terraform and other IaaC technologies - Desirable

• Qualifications and Experience
  • Extensive experience administering on-premise and cloud identity services.
  • Extensive experience performing discovery on, and documenting complex environments
  • Extensive experience troubleshooting complex Intune, Azure and MDM-related issues
  • Experience with troubleshooting business systems
  • Other IT, cloud, security, and similar certifications - Desirable

The US base salary range for this position is: $100k - $120k USD. With a 10% Performance bonus. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within that range, individual pay is determined by work location and a variety of factors, which may include but not limited, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
