Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with user experience designers, product managers, and other talented engineers to deliver new features, enhancements, and bug fixes
• Grow in a culture of learning through design discussions and code reviews
• Experience with Git and GitHub
• Strong expertise developing with Java
• Develop and foster strong relationships with developers on multiple engineering teams within the Azure Identity division to collaborate on experience development
• Seek opportunities in our day-to-day workflow to improve quality and efficiency from ideation to deployment
• Documenting processes and workflow in shareable documents for future reuse and adoption
• Using your experience with a broad range of technology stacks, platforms and workflow tools to do your best, most efficient work and teach others to do the same

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related major, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years' development experience writing and reviewing code daily in a team environment
• 3+ years experience in Java
• Development experience on Linux platform
• A proven track record of technical leadership, exemplary designs and implementations, ideation and delivery of innovative services, features, tools and engineering approaches
• Demonstrated experience in shipping high quality products and services

The compensation for this position ranges from $143,625.00 - $299,375.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
