IDIQ Task Manager (TM) -SERE (Naval Special Warfare) CA

Thomas Solutions Incorporated is looking for an experienced Task Manager to provide support to Naval Special Warfare Advance Training Command (NSWATC). These SERE and PR related training will provide advanced training to Naval Special Warfare trainees and other select groups, to ensure each student gains the ability to effectively employ SERE Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) necessary to return with honor regardless of the circumstances of separation, isolation, or capture. Positions:Task Manager (TM) Position requires:Secret Locations:Imperial Beach, CA, Laguna, CA, Lake Morena Country Park, CA, Kodiak, Alaska, Virginia Beach, VA and Little Creek, VA. Required Experience/Qualification: • Task Manager experience (i.e., upper-level management) • SERE Level C instructor in the NSW SERE Course of Instruction, or equivalent DoD SERE course. • Working knowledge of the NSW organization and its missions • SERE Level C (High-Risk) Graduate (DoD approved) • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday • Weekends as needed Experience: • Task Manager: 2 years (Preferred) • SERE Level C Instructor or DoD equivalent: 3 years (Preferred) • Working knowledge of NSW and its mission: 4 years (Preferred) • upper-level management: 4 years (Preferred) License/Certification: • Graduate - DoD SERE Level C Course (Preferred) Security clearance: • Secret (Preferred) Work Location: In person
