Partner with the best

Responsible for developing and executing sales plans for opportunities within new or existing accounts to meet revenue targets. This person oversees commercial operations within two main sales channels: direct to operators and OEM partnerships.

As a Global Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing targeted campaigns to increase market share on a global basis
  • Managing complex sales processes at the client side and internally including technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects.
  • Working closely with OEM partners to engaged directly with end users and key customer influence centers to drive growth
  • Conducting Sales calls to key customers within global market and direct calls to strategic corporate accounts and major regional influence centers
  • Leading the collaboration with internal teams (e.g. engineering, legal, risk, finance, communication, marketing etc) to develop the winning value proposition

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's education from an accredited college and 5+ years experience in application engineering, industrial sales within a global market
  • Have a technical and commercial leadership background in industrial machinery such as power distribution, electrical motors, compressors and pumps
  • Demonstrate experience of working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environment
  • Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, inclusive working style and able to effectively interface with all levels of the organization.
  • Be available to travel for business 10% of the time
