IFMC GSIL Analysis Lead
Job Description
- Lead team of systems engineers/analysts supporting the planning, execution, reporting, and evaluation of system level tests in an S3I HWIL lab.
- Day-to-day guidance to team for taskingassociated with tests, systems engineering tasks, analysis efforts, and meeting support.
- Coordinates hardware, software, subcontractor, and prime labor in support of testing, and is the primary representative with management for the team.
- Supports the development and verification of test methods.
- Develops detailed test procedures, and instrumentation and configuration definition, needed to perform the test and minimize risk within the constraints of the test plan.
- Uses analytical tools to verify system design, features, and fixes.
- Analyzes, processes, and formats data to customer requirements.
- Reviews test data, including off-nominal data, for accuracy, quality and/or fidelity prior to delivery to customer.
- Prepares and publishes test reports to document test results and satisfy requirements.
- Presents test results to stakeholders.
- Archives data and reports.
- Trains others.
- Works independently under general direction.
Job Requirements
- Ability to excel in a highly dynamic environment with fluid priorities
- Ability to foster a team environment within the analysis team and the lab as a whole
- Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) testing
- Air and missile defense experience
- HWIL lab operations
- Tactical communications
- Writing test plans and procedures, test setup, execution, and reporting
- Analysis of test data
- Preparing and publishing test reports to document test results
- Conducting tests in a lab or production environment
- Conducting verification, test, and/or data analysis
- Design, development, implementation, and integration of future requirements
- Analysis tool development (MATLAB, Python, etc.)
- Verification and validation
Education: B.S. in a STEM related discipline; 15+ years experience
