What You Will Do:
- iGaming Marketing Specialist (Promotions) will be the liaison between property and online promotional teams to ensure that:
- Property promotions have online earning capabilities whenever possible.
- Property events have online invitation criteria associated whenever possible.
- Property special events tickets inventory are utilized online.
- Online promotions have offline component whenever possible.
- Co-ordinate strategic acquisition efforts from the Caesars Rewards database.
- Co-ordinate strategic reactivation efforts from the Caesars Rewards database.
- Co-ordinate Caesars Digital efforts through the Caesars Rewards app.
- Co-ordinate all direct mail efforts.
Skills required to achieve this function are:
- Hold the ability to support a complex job from start to finish with moderate guidance from management on framework and execution.
- Ensures jobs are consistently well-structured, logical and easy to understand for all parties.
- Ability to maintain matrices.
- Creating marketing promotional packages as needed.
- Create and develop rules and regulations for Events and Promotions and submit to the regulatory bodies.
- Create and develop Fact Sheets for all joint online/brick & mortar Events and Promotions and work with property partners and POD leadership to ensure accuracy and setup.
- Perform quality assurance on all promotional materials prior to launch of promotion.

What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or related field
- Computer literate with software systems to include Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- One-year previous Marketing experience within the Casino industry
- Some Direct Marketing or Online Casino experience and basic understanding of Marketing and Finance and drivers of performance
