Job Description
As an individual contributor, in this hybrid role, you will systematically and efficiently manage contracts (creation and execution), ensure commercial and operational performance is maximized and lead efforts to further operationalize processes to enable scaling.
Your role:
- Manage the commercial operations activities associated with new, complex solutions. Lead initiatives to better operationalize procedures to enable further scalability, including systematically managing contracts (creation, tracking of logistics, and archiving).
- Understand the contract content and drive related actions (i.e., fulfillment, invoicing) across all channels and ensure calculation and payment accuracy within contract terms and conditions. Additionally, facilitate contract performance monitoring, while evaluating and communicating gaps between current and required contract value to meet business goals.
- Ensure effectiveness and consistency in contract fulfillment and execution, work together, and cooperate with sales support, order management, project managers, and other functional groups (e.g., evaluate and monitor contract execution, contract review and control process, and review sales contract completeness).
You're the right fit if:
- You've acquired 5+ years of experience in systematic administration of contracts (creation, logistics tracking and archiving), required.
- Your skills include, supporting in compliance audits, contract review and control process, review sales contract completeness and approve sales contracts, and managing escalations of commercial issues (i.e., pricing, billing, etc.)
- You have a Bachelor's degree (required) with relevant experience in contracts and order management.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You're an excellent communicator; well-organized and skilled at driving continuous improvement efforts (via LEAN), supporting cross-functional teams to deliver operational readiness and capability gap assessments, and manage activities related to process improvement efforts for newly deployed solutions.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $120,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this hybrid position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to either Nashville, TN or Bothell, WA.
