The Role:

Cognizant is looking for an experienced and innovative IICS/Snowflake Lead for the use of global clients. As a member of our team, you will build cutting edge, cloud-based software that powers modern business. An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a diverse, collaborative, geographically distributed team. Similarly, the ideal candidate is an expert engineer who values the "team", drives continuous improvement and is unafraid to challenge the legacy status quo with creative cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Good experience in Database and ETL development work
• Hands on experience in IICS (Informatica Cloud) Design and Development
• Good experience in Snowflake PL/SQL and Oracle
• Experience in any other ETL tool like DataStage / Snowflake
• Must have data modeling and database design experience
• Must have Data Analysis and Data mapping experience
• Good experience in Agile delivery model
• Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
• Should have experience talking to business users strong communication and presentation skills
• Previous working experience in onsite offshore model.
• Capable of working with business SME to get the functional requirement convert the requirement into technical reporting requirement
• Have knowledge in P&C Insurance domain
• Knowledge about tasks backlog tracking burn-down metrics velocity user stories etc.
• Good experience in unit testing defect fixing
• Good knowledge in DW Concepts

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $[120,000 - 135000 USD] depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
