Image Color Corrector

Remote position (only candidates from Argentina or Uruguay will be considered)

Ryz Labs is looking for an experienced Image Color Corrector to join one of our client's pre-press team. This Pre-Press Imaging Operator will support imaging and color correction of images/designs in line with the Pre-Press team’s commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate is design-savvy and organized, exhibits a strong passion for detail, and brings deep experience in imaging and color correction operations. Candidates with a passion for sports and entertainment will likely find themselves a strong cultural fit.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure all images meet color accuracy and consistency requirements

- Maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all visual materials (e.g., images, graphics) align with the highest standards of the business and meet the specific requirements of each project

- Work cross-functionally with photographers, designers, and other stakeholders to achieve desired color results for various projects

- Identify and resolve issues related to image quality, resolution, and/or color accuracy

- Foster a collaborative, efficient, and communication-first work environment

- Stay informed on industry best practices, technologies, and software

Requirements:

- Proven experience (3-5 years) in imaging and color correction operations

- Proficiency in imaging and color correction software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other specialized color correction tools

- Strong knowledge of color theory and color management

- Strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail
