Job Description

• 1. Conduct training sessions for new staff and employees on immigration policies, procedures, and compliance to enhance awareness and understanding.
  2. Manage a caseload of immigration cases, tracking the progress of each case and ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
  3. Work closely with legal teams, government agencies, and external immigration consultants to facilitate the immigration process and resolve any complex issues or challenges that may arise.
  4. Develop and launch new visa programs to meet organizational objectives and enhance immigration opportunities for candidates.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service to applicants and employees throughout the immigration process.
  6. Stay updated with immigration laws, regulations, and policies to ensure adherence to all relevant immigration rules and requirements.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve organizational objectives related to global mobility and immigration strategies.

  8. Possess a very brief knowledge about the Australia Skilled Immigration and process related to Australia GSM visas.

Qualifications

• Should be able to work under crisis circumstances, consistently maintain high quality service standards with attention to detail. 
• Should also advise the business units and other relevant departments in case of any changes in existing processes for obtaining relevant visas. 
• Should be process oriented with customer service as a key focus, constant follow up mechanism, and good in reporting, do a lot of research and provide information to the team. 
• Preferred Skills and Experience Should have minimum 3-5 years of experience in the same field Knowledge of other country visa processing would be an added advantage 
• Good communication & interpersonal skills Handling end to end immigration activities from initial assessing stage till visa grant.
• Expertise on documentation. 

Additional Information

• 6 days a week and work timings would be (9:30 am to 7 pm)
• Work from the office
• Location- Bangalore .
