What You'll Bring:
- 3 + years' experience in corporate immigration NIV (H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, E-3, J-1, O-1, F-1), H-1B cap lottery, and Immigrant Visa matter (Green Card/Perm).
- High level of organizational skills, attention to detail and case management tracking
- Demonstrated strong teamwork and collaborative skills working in a dynamic and changing multinational organization
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or International Studies
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Drive, Teams, etc.)
Impact You'll Make:
- Advise and regularly communicate consultatively with managers and associates on immigration matters while ensuring compliance with company immigration procedures, policies, and immigration law
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant global US immigration law, changes, and process impacting the company and our associates
- Ability to apply U.S. immigration law to evaluate work-visa cases; review documents and information for relevance, accuracy, and completeness as well as analyze complex situations and foreseeing potential issues
- Support and collaborate in regular process improvement through recommendations
- Be an independent thinker with the ability to utilize autonomous judgement frequently to make recommendations and solve issues as well as determine escalations when necessary
