Immigration Specialist

This role is a key position within the organization and is responsible to handle day-to-day operations by supporting clients in immigration program management. work closely with the internal team to address all the stakeholder's and clients' queries in a timely manner. Partner with management and leadership to develop and improve the process.

• Stay current and up to date on new trends, developments, and changes in the Global immigration space
• Handle day to day operations by supporting clients in immigration program management
• Provide advice and information to companies and employees on global immigration process, regulations, and compliance. Help clients mitigate immigration risks
• Initiate, coordinate, track and drive to completion visa assessments, work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations, by liaising with the immigration counsel
• Communicate regularly with clients and employees to discuss processing updates, case strategies and issues or delays if any
• Partner and coordinate with internal teams to support clients’ immigration needs ensuring all business stakeholders and employees have timely and accurate responses
• Cater to clients’ immigration queries and reporting requests. Lead client and vendor calls by scheduling and coordinating
• Act as a subject matter expert with respect to immigration procedures and regulations, do fact checking and perform appropriate research before sharing feedback with the clients
• Share updates on the progress of applications to clients in a timely manner and keep the case status tracker updated at all times
• Provide data, generate statistics, review information, and produce immigration reports both internally and for client review
• Partner with management and leadership to develop and improve case management processes
• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customize and personalize responses, exchange deadline-driven and solution-oriented email communications with employees and clients
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite
• An understanding of global immigration/mobility processes
• 1-3 years of experience working in a fast-paced corporate set up
• Passion for client satisfaction, proactive approach to work, ability to learn quickly and work independently 
• Client management experience
• Vendor management background
