This is a hybrid role working partially in-office and partially from home.

The Implementation Analyst serves as a liaison between the client and internal partners during the plan implementation for Group Insurance products (dental, vision, and hearing). This position implements the new accounts, provides day-to-day operations, assist with training, and communicates with all stakeholders. This role will facilitate complex implementation and administrative tasks for key accounts, broker blocks, marketing, and partnering arrangements.
What you do
- Collaborate with internal and external parties on plan implementation, RFPs, and solving issues that arise
- Coordinate the initial implementation of plans ensuring quality to build long-term loyalty
- Support and coordinate with the sales team on new accounts; provide strong hand-offs for ongoing service responsibilities to ensure that commitments are delivered on as promised
- Advocate the implementation process to internal and external parties
- Own timely, professional, and accurate resolutions to client concerns, questions, and problems possibly during high stress situations
- Drive client service initiatives including process improvement to enhance client experience
- Maintain risk awareness and regulatory knowledge
- Collaborate to ensure training programs are developed for field and internal associates
- Collaborate with compliance to provide leadership on regulatory changes and requirements
- Conduct presentations to externals customers/brokers as needed
- Manage and track departmental metrics and workload management processes
- Work closely with department management and supervisor teams
- Other duties as assigned
What you bring
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business-related field required
- 1-3 years of related experience required
- Excellent Customer Service skills (written and verbal)
- Advanced Excel experience
- Analytical and organization skills are very important
- Must be self-motivated
