Title: Implementation Analyst
Location: Atlanta, GA
Responsibilities• Manage communications for the team through email and phone• Serve as point of contact for field techs• Triage escalations and assign to team members where appropriate• Record and update all necessary reports and systems used to manage end to end process• Manage outbound communication to techs • Ability to effectively transition from daily, routine tasks to urgent, immediate tasks and back again with ease• Participate actively on a dynamic team and look for opportunities to help co-workers• Strong communication skills with NCR team members
Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor's degree or IT equivalent work experience• Fluent in English• Excellent organizational and communication skills, verbal, and writing• Experience with MS Office bundle• Able to manage time effectively and can work independently• Adaptable to changes with a sense of urgency and works well with a team/ key team members• Detailed, focused, and well-organized; able to handle multiple assignments at hand• Willing to work non-standard business hours
