About our Team

As part of the Customer Success Team, your focus will be on delighting ClinicalPath customers throughout the implementation process. Our 12-person team provides technical services, coaching and support for live customers, and a dedicated implementation team to onboard new customers. We are collaborative, fun and supportive, with a focus on helping each other and continually innovating to better help our customers.

About the Role

Responsible for the successful implementation of Elsevier's ClinicalPath, an oncology decision support software used by cancer centers across the country. You will be customer facing, including significant interaction with technical/IT resources, administrative leadership, and physician leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Functioning as the project manager and the customer's primary point of contact for multiple high-complexity projects simultaneously, with a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
  • Leading weekly customer project calls by preparing agendas, organizing project plans/task lists, facilitating meetings, sending meeting minutes and completing action items.
  • Supporting technical resources to ensure project remains on track with connectivity, interface and integration work.
  • Coordinating and performing virtual training with oncologists, nurses, pharmacists and other cancer center staff.
  • Developing technical and clinical expertise necessary to supporting customer implementations, including technical architecture, product functionality, integration capabilities, as well as healthcare and oncology.


Requirements
  • Experience managing complex projects, preferably in a software or healthcare setting.
  • Ability to learn new skills and assimilate new knowledge quickly.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to build and foster strong relationships.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel (20% or less).
