About the Role
The Implementation Team ensures great customer outcomes through collecting and analyzing customer data and listening to customer feedback throughout the implementation phase. The team provides insights into effective onboarding and retention strategies, as well as delivering critical inputs to the product roadmap. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of implementation by managing customer expectations and outcomes, providing product training sessions, and creating material to continuously educate our customers around upcoming product feature rollouts and environment changes. Given the high level of customer-facing activity, DebtBook leadership looks to Implementation team members for input on key decisions on how to improve the customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a portfolio of customers from late stages of the sales process through product implementation, executing a seamless handoff to customer success management and support teams
- Assess and track overall status, risks, timelines, expectations, and other key project metrics for each customer
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new users that demonstrate DebtBook’s features
- Continuously improve the overall customer onboarding experience and assist in updating and managing in-app guides to ensure user understanding and adoption
- Connect and collaborate with colleagues in product, sales, and marketing to champion innovative methods and process that move Debtbook forward
What You Bring
- High level of attention to detail and organization skills that allow you to effectively manage a high volume of tasks, customer calls, and juggle multiple projects
- Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
- Empathetic, positive attitude and “customer first” mindset, relating well to individuals of varying backgrounds, perspectives, education, and skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions
- Interest in finance combined with a willingness to become entrenched with the intricacies of DebtBook’s financial platform
