The Job

Ready to make a real impact with a cutting-edge software company? At Simpro, we’re on the hunt for a dynamic, client-focused consultant who thrives on helping businesses unlock their full potential.
As a key member of our team, you’ll work closely with your portfolio of clients, analysing their business requirements and then scoping, developing, and delivering tailored training solutions to best fit their needs. If you love solving challenges, building meaningful relationships, and driving real results, this could be the perfect role for you!
Salary: Up to £47,000 depending on experience.
Location: Remote, UK

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality, tailored product training to a broad range of clients and industries - each session will be unique!

• Take ownership of challenges and create workflow solutions to enhance customers' use of our product.

• Build long-lasting professional relationships with your portfolio of clients.

• Experience the satisfaction of engaging with and supporting your clients to ensure they have the necessary resources to onboard the Simpro product successfully.

• Leverage your consultative experience to understand client needs, offering strategic guidance and solutions that drive business success.

• Enjoy building strong client relationships to provide ongoing support throughout every step of their implementation.

• Monitor client progress and take a proactive approach to support their needs as they evolve.

• Collaborate with other departments to help build a better product for our clients. We value ideas and input from all areas, and your feedback is essential.

• Be open to the possibility of on-site and off-site training sessions and work flexible hours to support and accommodate individual client needs.
