Interface.ai is seeking an Implementation Consultant to help deliver fintech solutions and enhance customer success.
What you bring:
- 3+ years of demonstrated implementation consultant experience
- Have worked in a B2B SaaS startup environment.
- Technical project management experience
- Requirements gathering and UAT experience
- Creating testing workflows/scenarios
- Demonstrated customer success experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
What you will do:
- Leading business process discovery workshops
- Developing and leveraging expertise in AI solutions
- Planning, managing, and performing application build, test, and deploy activities
- Identifying and monitoring interdependencies between various program or project workstreams
- Creating project deliverables and standards
- Planning and establishing after go-live activities
- Effectively communicating complex client and solution concepts to audiences of varying levels
Nice to have:
- Experience working with AI, including chatbots
- SAAS and/or Fintech industry experience
The ideal candidate will have a focus on delivering exceptional customer success, thrive as a self-starter, and be able to think creatively and collaboratively. Base Pay Range: $110,000 - $130,000 estimated based on experience and location.
