Who are we looking for?

As the Implementation Consultant, you will optimize the implementation process by following and improving upon implementation procedures, including utilization of our CRM (Salesforce) through the process to ensure communication is documented, engaging with customers to consult and ensure implementations are strategically planned based on customer needs, providing onsite and online training on our simPRO suite of products as they align with customer needs, and conducting post-implementations reviews to ensure system optimization and customer satisfaction.

Essential responsibilities and duties:
  • Engage with our clients in order to understand their business processes to meet training needs
  • Manage implementations from start to “go live” to ensure both timely delivery and that all phases and tasks meet client requirements
  • Provide onsite, face-to-face, group & online training to various levels of a business to suit differing job roles
  • Ensure CRM is up-to-date with notes regarding communication with customers 
  • Complete frequent travel to customer sites based on a minimum of 17 onsite utilization days per month requirement
  • Engage in weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings with the IC Team Lead to enhance efficiency in communication and training
  • Any additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor
Work & skills requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar, software implementation role
  • 1+ years of experience in a “Road Warrior” high travel role
  • Strong understanding of business workflows and processes
  • Strong conflict management and troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail regarding documentation and processes
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to perform well in a team dynamic
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and changing schedules
  • Eagerness and enthusiasm to learn 
  • Must be able to travel up to 75% 
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% and move about the office up to 50% to access files, cupboards and the equipment storage room
  • Must be able to constantly operate a computer, phone, and other office productivity machinery
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in all communication with customers

Helpful for success:

  • Experience with CRM Salesforce a plus
  • Proficient with Google Suite a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Operational knowledge of the services industry a plus
