Granicus is looking for a highly capable project consultant to help our business achieve its goals. You will be developing a project plan in collaboration with designated stakeholders, delegating resources to project tasks, and presenting project progress updates to our upper management.
To ensure success you should demonstrate experience as a project consultant and the ability to provide leadership and guidance. An outstanding Implementation Consultant will be someone whose expertise in project management translates into the successful realization of a business's goals.
What your impact will look like
- Determining the scope of work for projects via consultation and investigation.
- Identifying project parameters and specifications.
- Allocating time and resources to project tasks.
- Collaborating across departments to set realistic project targets and timeframes.
- Providing guidance and monitoring the progress made with each project stage.
- Presenting project progress updates to department heads.
- Working directly with the client, communicating project status updates.
You'll love this job if you have or are:
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience working as a Project Consultant.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer care skills.
- Excellent time management skills, able to plan/organize/complete work across multiple concurrent projects with various timeline constraints.
- Knowledge and experience in project management life cycle.
- Knowledge and experience in monitoring project progress and in quality assurances of deliverables and documentation.
- Knowledge of Audio Visual (A/V) / Information Technology (IT) convergence.
- Knowledge of audio/visual systems and equipment, including projection, interactive flat panel displays, control systems, and their integration.
- Knowledge of data network cabling and video cabling infrastructure design, installation, and maintenance.
- Knowledge and experience in reading a standard architectural drawing and or wire diagram.
- Ability to present to team leads and other high-level audiences.
- Proficient in all Microsoft tools, including Office and Project (or equivalent).
- Proficient in the use of applications of G-Suite (Google).
