Le segment des solutions de gestion des médicaments BD (MMS) associe une technologie éprouvée à des données exploitables pour prévenir les erreurs de médication, améliorer la productivité des cliniciens, accroître la prévisibilité de la disponibilité des médicaments et améliorer le rendement financier des organisations. À presque toutes les étapes du processus d'utilisation ou de gestion des médicaments de soins actifs ou non actifs, la sécurité, l'efficacité et les coûts peuvent bénéficier des solutions BD PyxisMC, BD AlarisMC, BD ParataMC et BD HealthSightMC.

L'équipe de déploiement des solutions BD gère, planifie et coordonne la mise en œuvre des solutions de gestion des médicaments BD. Des équipes interfonctionnelles sont affectées aux projets et aux comptes des clients en fonction de l'ampleur de la tâche. L'équipe de projet BD travaille en partenariat avec l'équipe de projet du client pour orchestrer une mise en œuvre réussie du système dans les délais impartis, afin d'atteindre les objectifs du client en matière de gestion des médicaments. Les activités comprennent la planification de l'étendue du projet avant la vente, la gestion du projet de mise en œuvre, l'installation du matériel et des logiciels, le flux de travail, les tâches de conception et de configuration du système, l'intégration technique, la formation clinique et les activités propres à la gestion des relations avec la clientèle et des comptes. Outre les responsabilités liées aux relations avec la clientèle, l'équipe chargée du déploiement des solutions est également responsable de nombreuses fonctions administratives, notamment la prévision et la comptabilisation des produits, la prévision de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, la logistique des équipements (y compris les commandes, la confirmation des clients et les autorisations de retour), les méthodologies de mise en œuvre et de gouvernance, l'amélioration continue, les pratiques exemplaires en matière de conception de solutions et la qualité des exigences du système.

Le Consultant à la mise en œuvre, déploiement des solutions MMS, est chargé de guider les intervenants du client tout au long du processus de mise en œuvre. Il possède une expertise avérée des processus cliniques et techniques liés aux flux de travail des pharmacies et aux technologies des solutions de gestion des médicaments de BD. L'ampleur des projets varie d'un petit hôpital ou d'une petite pharmacie à une mise en œuvre à l'échelle d'un vaste système de santé nécessitant une standardisation entre les provinces ou les régions. Le consultant à la mise en œuvre travaille avec le client pour recueillir ses besoins, définir des pratiques exemplaires, prendre des décisions et le conseiller dans l'élaboration de politiques et de procédures. Le consultant à la mise en œuvre effectue les tâches requises conformément au processus de mise en œuvre à points de contrôle afin d'assurer des mises en service opportunes et la satisfaction du client. Il doit être capable d'établir des relations de travail collaboratives avec des équipes de projet interfonctionnelles et interdisciplinaires.

Responsabilités :

  • DĂ©montrer des capacitĂ©s de rĂ©solution de problèmes, de dĂ©pannage et de consultation pour les systèmes en ce qui a trait aux pratiques exemplaires en pharmacie dans les flux de travail de la gestion des mĂ©dicaments.
  • DĂ©montrer une connaissance des processus de flux de travail pharmaceutiques/cliniques, de l'Ă©laboration des listes de mĂ©dicaments, de l'intĂ©gration des systèmes hospitaliers, de vente au dĂ©tail, de soins de longue durĂ©e et de pharmacie, de la mise en place des dispositifs cliniques, de la validation des interfaces (terminaux spĂ©cialisĂ©s, facturation, profil du patient), de la conception des rĂ´les des comptes d'utilisateurs et d'Active Directory.
  • Diriger l'Ă©valuation des sites et des flux de travail des clients et faciliter les phases de conception et de mise en Ĺ“uvre du projet pour les solutions de gestion des mĂ©dicaments BD.
  • Fournir Ă  l'Ă©quipe du soutien et de l'information sur les produits et les aspects cliniques et techniques liĂ©s aux solutions de gestion des mĂ©dicaments BD.
  • GĂ©rer les Ă©quipes d'intervenants du client, favoriser le consensus au sein des Ă©quipes et assurer une communication concise et uniforme.
  • Animer les confĂ©rences tĂ©lĂ©phoniques et les rĂ©unions avec les clients pour faire progresser les objectifs de conception et de mise en Ĺ“uvre en collaboration avec les chefs de projet et les Ă©quipes de BD et des clients.
  • Établir avec les clients des liens propices Ă  des relations commerciales Ă  long terme.
  • Faire preuve de souci du dĂ©tail et d'une capacitĂ© de mener plusieurs tâches de front et de mettre en Ĺ“uvre des projets complexes dans le respect des objectifs fixĂ©s par BD et par les clients.
  • Faire preuve d'esprit critique et d'une capacitĂ© Ă  aider les clients Ă  amĂ©liorer les pratiques et les opĂ©rations commerciales et cliniques actuelles.
  • Installer des solutions de gestion des mĂ©dicaments BD (matĂ©riel et logiciels), les valider et veiller Ă  la formation des utilisateurs.
  • Tenir Ă  jour la documentation relative aux projets des clients, aux dĂ©penses, Ă  la conformitĂ© et aux rapports.
  • PossĂ©der d'excellentes compĂ©tences organisationnelles et la souplesse nĂ©cessaire pour s'adapter facilement au changement.

Qualification :

  • BaccalaurĂ©at ou diplĂ´me universitaire (commerce, sciences, sciences de la santĂ© ou domaine semblable) ou 5 annĂ©es d'expĂ©rience professionnelle pertinente avec les dispositifs mĂ©dicaux ou dans les soins de santĂ© avec des fonctions cliniques et techniques.
  • La connaissance des technologies de perfusion, de distribution et d'automatisation des pharmacies constitue un atout.
  • Une expĂ©rience de travail avec des clients dans des hĂ´pitaux, des pharmacies de dĂ©tail et des pharmacies de soins de longue durĂ©e constitue un atout.
  • La maĂ®trise de l'anglais et du français (lu, parlĂ©, Ă©crit) est requise pour communiquer avec les collègues et les clients dans tout le Canada.
  • RĂ©sider au Canada Ă  proximitĂ© d'un aĂ©roport international pour faciliter les dĂ©placements.
  • Pharmacien agréé ou technicien en pharmacie autorisĂ©, de prĂ©fĂ©rence.
  • DiplĂ´me d'infirmier autorisĂ© ou de professionnel des TI avec expĂ©rience pertinente dans le domaine des flux de travail en pharmacie, pris en considĂ©ration.
  • Le candidat doit ĂŞtre titulaire d'un permis de conduire valide et d'un dossier de conduite vierge depuis au moins trois ans et satisfaire aux normes de sĂ©curitĂ© automobile de BD.

Cadre de travail :

  • Travail Ă  domicile et chez les clients.
  • DĂ©placements avec nuitĂ©es pouvant atteindre 80 % du temps en fonction des besoins du projet et de l'Ă©quipe. Bien que le rĂ´le nĂ©cessite de voyager Ă  travers le Canada, une bonne partie des dĂ©placements se fera dans la province de QuĂ©bec.

The BD Medication Management Solutions (MMS) business combines proven technology with actionable intelligence to prevent medication errors, improve clinician productivity, increase predictability of medication availability, and improve organizational financial performance. At almost every point in the acute or non-acute medication use or management process, safety, efficiency, and costs can be favorably impacted with BD Pyxis™, BD Alaris™, BD Parata™, and BD HealthSight™ solutions.

The BD Solution Deployment team manages, plans, and coordinates the implementation of BD Medication Management Solutions. Cross functional teams are assigned to customer projects and accounts based on project scope. The BD project team partners with the customer project team to deliver the goal of an on-time successful system implementation that achieves customer's medication management goals. Activities include pre-sales project scope planning, implementation project management, hardware and software installation, workflow, system design and configuration tasks, integration engineering functions, clinical training and detailed customer relationship and account management activities. In addition to customer- facing responsibilities, the Solution Deployment team is also responsible for many backend business functions including revenue forecasting and recognition, supply chain forecasting, equipment logistics (including ordering, customer confirmation and return authorizations), implementation and governance methodologies, continuous improvement, solution design best practices and quality system requirements.

The Implementation Consultant, Solution Deployment MMS is responsible for guiding customer stakeholders through the implementation process and possesses a demonstrated expertise of clinical and technical processes related to both pharmacy workflows and BD Medication Management Solutions technologies. Projects range in scope from small hospital or pharmacies to large health system level implementations requiring standardization across provinces or regions. This Implementation Consultant will work with the customer to gather customer requirements, define best practices, design decisions and consult in the development of policies and procedures. The Implementation Consultant performs the required tasks in alignment with the toll gate implementation process to ensure timely Go-Lives and customer satisfaction. The Implementation Consultant must have the ability to establish collaborative working relationships with cross-functional and interdisciplinary project teams.

Role responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates problem solving, troubleshooting and system consultation as it relates to pharmacy best practices in Medication Management workflows
  • Demonstrates knowledge of pharmacy/clinical workflow processes, pharmacy formulary builds, hospital, retail and long-term care & pharmacy system integration, clinical device settings, interface validation (ADT, billing, patient profile), user account role design, active directory.
  • Leads customer site and workflow assessments and facilitates the project design and implementation phases for BD Medication Management Solutions.
  • Provides team support and product, clinical and technical information related to BD Medication Management Solutions.
  • Manages customer stakeholder teams, gain consensus within teams and delivers concise and consistent communication.
  • Facilitates conference calls and customer meetings to progress the design and implementation goals in collaboration with the BD and Customer project managers and teams.
  • Establishes rapport with customers that is conducive to long-term business relationships.
  • Detail oriented, able to multi-task and implement complex projects consistent with established BD and customer objectives.
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and ability to aid customers in improving current business and clinical practice and operations.
  • Install, validate and train end users on the use of BD Medication Management Solutions technologies (software & hardware)
  • Maintains documentation related to customer projects, expenses, compliance documentation and reports
  • Possess excellent organizational skills with the flexibility to readily adapt to change.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or College diploma (Business, Science, Health Sciences or similar field) or 5 years of related work experience in a medical device or healthcare environment with clinical and technical involvement
  • Knowledge of Infusion, Dispensing and Pharmacy Automation technologies an asset
  • Experience working with clients in hospital, retail and long-term care pharmacies an asset
  • Fluency in both English and French (read, speak, write) required to communicate with colleagues and customers across Canada
  • Located in Canada in close proximity to an international airport to facilitate travel
  • RPh, RPhT, strongly preferred
  • RN or IT professional certification will be considered with relevant experience in pharmacy workflows
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a past clean driving record for a minimum of 3 years; as well as meet BD's auto safety standards.

Work Environment:

  • Field based, home office position
  • Overnight travel of up to 80% but may fluctuate based on project and team needs. AlthoughtherolerequirestravelacrossCanada,agoodportionofthetravelwillbewithintheprovinceofQuebec.
