Train US staff on functionality of software platform and capabilities of the system. Lead team onsite at client facility to perform business analysis and onsite current state review. 100% remote position. Must live near a major airport. Domestic travel required 20% to 40% of time.
Key Duties:
- In connection with GHX’s SYFT Synergy Software Platform: train US staff on the functionality of the system and the capabilities of the system
- Lead a team onsite at a client facility to perform the business analysis and onsite current state review
- Oversee the day-to-day implementation and operations aspects of the client relationship, achievement of service levels, as well as execution on key projects with specific focus on client utilization and satisfaction
- Develop project objectives and plans, as well as work with the Client and Sales organization to manage priorities and expectation
- Develop, track, and report against customer specific project plans
- Provide train-the-trainer customer education, as needed
- Assist customers with the deployment of GHX functionality
- Ensure customers receive value and achieve high degree of utilization from GHX products and services
- Maintain and communicate project status, to include identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
Required Education, Certifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 5 years of related experience
- 6 months of experience developing a training program on the functionality and capabilities of a Supply Chain Management Software Platform in Healthcare Domain
- 3 years of experience creating project plans for all upgrade projects by collaborating with clients, account management and the technical support team
- 5 years of experience designing and overseeing workflows for the application support team and ensuring efficient management and coordination of tasks and responsibilities
- 5 years of experience managing creation of documentation for customer processes while maintaining records of procedures and best practices in alignment with ITIL standards
- 6 months of experience creating documentation for business analysis by evaluating customer existing workflows and illustrating the enhancements that will optimize operational efficiency
- 5 years of experience managing and reviewing technical requirements (ERP Systems /Databases/VPN) from clients and coordinating with the integration team to ensure that client business needs are met
- 6 months of experience travelling to facilities to ensure implementation readiness and analyzing business processes for potential risks and identifying which technology solutions are best fit
Estimated Salary Range for this position: $135,000 to $145,000
The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX’s total compensation package for employees.
