The Role
As the Implementation Coordinator, you will assist with successful implementation of new clients of Overjet through coordinating meetings, mapping out timelines for key activities and keeping everything on track for a timely and seamless implementation process. You will directly coordinate with our clients and maintain knowledge on all project goals to provide updates internally and externally. This role will simultaneously manage multiple client implementations with varying due dates. This role sits on the customer success team and has high growth potential as our department and company continues to grow!
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, & track project timelines and milestones to meet project success criteria
- Coordinate with customer contacts to manage steps from contract signature to on-time installation and training, in collaboration with the CSM
- Interface with internal resources such as sales, customer success, clinical and engineering to establish and meet schedules for implementation and training
- Ensure and measure customer satisfaction during the installation and training process
- Create, and own project plans and task lists for on-time implementation
- Manage varying degrees of priorities and demands both internal and customer driven
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in implementation management and/or project coordination.
- Self-motivated with excellent, customer relationship, facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Highly detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in dental industry a plus
