Job Description

As an Implementation Coordinator at Corcentric, you will join a driven, collaborative team within an ambitious, entrepreneurial global organization. You will drive the development and deployment of strategies aimed at delivering Electronic Payment Enablement Services (EPES) technology solutions for our customers.

This critical role reports to the Manager, Payment Implementations, within our Professional Services team, and offers the opportunity to become part of a prospering company that continues to grow in size, revenue, and expertise. As an Implementation Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
  • Coordinating customer implementation projects for Electronic Payment Enablement Services (EPES)
  • Serving as the customer's primary point of contact during implementation, utilizing Corcentric standards for project management and status reporting
  • Independently providing guidance to customers in payments processes, advising how to best configure and deploy our solutions to achieve business objectives
  • Leading the customer through the implementation lifecycle, beginning with the end in mind
  • Conducting workshops with customer-specific materials, driving decisions with a focus towards attaining business objectives
  • Becoming an expert in the customer's business in the eyes of the customer, enabling tailored and impactful implementation service delivery
  • Completing required documentation of customer processes through configuration decisions, testing and training
  • Leading the customer with data conversion, aligning with system configuration
  • Coordinating with Corcentric internal supplier enablement and development teams, ensuring a smooth implementation for each EPES customer
  • Liaising with Corcentric channel partners, third party partners and customers' banks as needed during implementation
  • Establishing campaign goals, monitoring progress against established goals, and providing reports and feedback detailing progress throughout campaign delivery
  • Fostering a continuous improvement mindset, proactively updating our methodology and knowledge sharing with teams
  • Working closely with Customer Success and Advisory teams, to ensure drive adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating across departments to align technological capabilities with business use cases


Requirements

You'll need to have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or comparable experience
  • Financial Services industry experience, with advanced knowledge of payment processing, payment methods, and financial modelling
  • Experience managing projects to successful delivery
  • Strong MS Office expertise, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Skilled at managing and validating large data sets to develop insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities and projects
  • The ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced, growing organization
  • The ability to build trusting relationships with customers and third party collaborators, and identify areas to expand our portfolio
  • A Self-starter mindset, with demonstrated ability to translate direction and strategy into results.
  • Ability to travel to the customer site as required
